...I had a most touching experience this week. Pearl magazine came out. It's their 25th anniversary issue, so the three women editors were featured. I have several poems in, but what made the issue so touching was/is that they dedicated the magazine this time to me. It's not nice to see an old man cry, but that's what some of the locals might have seen in Joshua Tree post office parking lot last Saturday! I was really touched by their loyalty and words....
