Hi, D. Hidee? It is true that my job now is eliminating as much as I possibly can from my pack. The point is to keep things light, as light as possible, because I will be lugging this sack of stuff all over Northern Spain. I just wish the pack itself were lighter. It doesn't seem fair to be burdened by the weight of the container as well as what I put in the container. But that is the way it is, so be it.

I leave a week from Monday. Things are falling into place. I am happy. I am also scared.
