Dear Daralee, I am impressed the way poems are happening for you. An exciting time--when the poems come and hang around and get themselves said. I am glad for you. I wish for some of that grace myself, but poems are an arms length away. I am doing a lot of drawing and painting but not poems. But who knows? That could change overnight.

Also happy to hear that work and life in general are good for you. That's nice!

I am busily learning Qigong, very impressed with this new but ancient healing technique.
