Dear Daralee, thank you so much for the nice, neat card. I needed that.
I have been creaking around the house, feeling like some Holloween ghost
myself the last couple of weeks. But slowly I am coming glued again. This
morning I was able to do a full hour of QiGong active exercises....

it, a Halloween day of it.
